Refund and Returns Policy
Effective Date: October 17, 2026
At LEARN-IT, we want every purchase to feel like a smart decision. That’s why every eligible order is backed by a simple, no-hassle 60-day money-back guarantee.
1. What Is Our Guarantee?
If a product you bought from learn-it.co isn’t right for you, you can ask for a full refund within 60 days of your purchase date. You don’t need to give a reason. If you’re not happy, we’ll make it right.
2. How Do I Ask for a Refund?
Just send us an email at support@learn-it.co.
To help us find your order quickly, please include:
- Your full name
- The email address you used at checkout
- Your order number or transaction details
- The name of the product
- Why you’re requesting a refund (optional, but it helps us improve)
The more details you share, the faster we can take care of you.
3. What Happens Next?
Once we receive your request, our team will review it. If approved, the refund goes back to the same payment method you used for the purchase.
The time it takes to appear in your account depends on your bank, card issuer, or payment provider, and usually ranges from a few days to a couple of weeks.
4. Do I Need to Return Anything?
No. Since LEARN-IT sells digital products, there’s nothing to ship back.
Having trouble with a product? If you can’t download, open, or access something you bought, let us know before requesting a refund. We can often fix access issues quickly.
5. What If It’s Been More Than 60 Days?
Refund requests need to be made within the 60-day guarantee window. Requests received after that may not be eligible, unless a refund is required by applicable law.
6. Will This Policy Ever Change?
We may update this policy as our products or legal requirements change. The current version will always be posted here, with the effective date shown at the top.
7. Still Have Questions?
Whether it’s about an order, accessing a product, or how refunds work, we’re here to help.
